Ralph Solhem has been involved in racing for over 26 years. His duties as owner and crew chief of RSR Racing include the design and building of the race cars as well as all pre-race preparations. |
|
Gary Collucci has driven the transporter and served as a tire changer for 5 years on the RSR Team. He also takes a great load off of Ralph in helping out with mechanical duties.He has one of the hardest jobs of all. After those late nights of preparing the racecar, he then gets in the transporter and heads to the next race with little or no sleep. |

Joe Nowak or "Big Joe" as he is known in the pits has been on the RSR Team for over 7 years. His involvement with Ed Kennedy goes back even farther. Currently, Joe handles the pit sign and cleans the windows. He is also responsible for radio communication. |

Guy Beaudoin, in his second year with the team, performs various duties for the team including that of a tire carrier. He has been a great help to the team. He does a little bit of everything including such tasks as designing and ordering team uniforms and seeking sponsors. |

Chuck Montville has been in racing for over 20 years. His reputation as one of the best body men in the Northeast is well founded. He has been with the team for over 6 years and also serves as a part-time tire specialist in addition to his body and painting duties. |

Bret Biram is going on his second year with the Solhem Racing Team and does a great job. His duties include pit set-up and scoring. |
|
Jay Monroe is a new member of the race team. He is the paint and sheet metal man along with helping out with the mechanical aspects of the cars (in other words, when Ed wrecks them, he fixes them). He is proving to be a great asset to the team. |

Billy Greco, the legendary Modified driver, works as a spotter and consultant to the RSR Team as well as filling in as a transporter driver when the need arises. |
|
Jason Kennedy (yes, it is Ed's son) recently moved from Texas to Connecticut and has joined the team as a rookie tire changer. |
